福井県内の指定栽培地区で作られる酒造好適米「五百万石」と「吟のさと」を用い、純米酒のみを醸す福井テロワール。ふるさと福井の人と土地と風土を、日本酒を通して最大限に表現しています。

Made with 100% rice suitable for sake brewing from Fukui Prefecture.
Our sake is Fukui Terroir, which is brewed exclusively with pure rice sake using “Gohyakumangoku” and “Gin no Sato” rice suitable for sake brewing grown in designated cultivation areas within Fukui Prefecture. Through sake-making, we aim to express the people, land, and terroir of our hometown, Fukui, to the fullest extent.

高品質の酒米が生まれる
一等地としても有名です。

五百万石で醸したお酒は、なめらかなのど越しとシャープでキレの良い酒質が特徴です。

Fukui Prefecture is one of the best cultivating areas for Gohyakumangoku in Japan. In particular, the Ono area with its climate that features a large range of temperatures is famous as an excellent area for producing high quality brewing rice. Sake brewed with Gohyakumangoku goes down the throat smoothly and features a sharp or crisp sake quality.

ほどよい旨みが特徴。

高精白に向いており、主に純米大吟醸酒に用いています。

Gin no Sato, a high-grade rice made in a special cultivating area with reduced pesticides and no chemical fertilizers, features a full fragrance and moderate flavour. It is suited to being highly polished and is mainly used in junmai daiginjo-shu.
